Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase(s) from Mulva Cultural Center Gift Shop. For online orders, we have a 14 day return policy. This means a customer may ship back unopened merchandise at their own expense within 14 days. Original shipping charges are not refunded.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please email mjohnson@mulvacenter.org

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale or clearance items as these items are FINAL SALE.
