The buckeye tree is native to California and the southern part of Oregon. Identified for its large burls that can weigh in at 50 to 1000 pounds, the burls are a beautiful assortment of neutrals. Light tan, gray and black tones are organically swirled together. The magnetic barrel keeps the pen cover securely closed or clicks into place at the end of the pen while it's in use. Featuring ink in classic black, the magnetic barrel is chrome which gives the pen a solid weight.
