Grandparents Ornament 2"

A gorgeous and colorful hand blown glass ornament, the Tree of Grandparents is a perfect keepsake gift. Featuring elements of a real tree with a trunk that seems to magically appear from the bottom of the ornament and branches that form out of the trunk, the colorful leaves are created from different colors. The colors featured in this ornament include fuchsia, purple, yellow and pink.

Each ornament includes a story tag. The story tag reads “We measure the age of a tree by the number of rings it has. The more rings, the older the tree and the more experience and life the tree has seen. As the rings grow, they become the core for branches to also grow, leaves to bud and eventually new seeds to drop. As a sapling looks up to the great oak in awe, we too look to our elders for loving guidance and knowledge that can only be gained through time lived. The Tree of Grandparents reminds us of the wisdom and love that is shared between generations. Each ornament is skillfully hand blown by artisans. Like trees in the forest no two are alike. Therefore, small variations in color and size are normal.
