Louis C. Tiffany found inspiration in nature and through his travels. The Lotus Pagoda library lamp brings these facets of his interest together. In this design, the concept of the ribs of the lotus leaf combines with the tiered effect of a Japanese pagoda, while the favrile glass mixes shades of greens graduating to a milky white, creating a luminous whole.
