The Monarch butterfly is the inspiration behind these dainty earrings. The disappearance of their food source (milkweed) has impacted their population. The Monarchs earrings are a subtly colored with shades of orange and yellow and seem to flutter when they are worn. Made from solid brass, electro-plated with hematite finish (a black iron mineral) , giclee print. Ear wires are hypo-allergenic. Packages in a premium black box and made in the USA.
