This metal bookmark features a vibrant red northern cardinal which was painted by John James Audubon. He is considered America's first great watercolorist. This particular piece is part of the folio The Birds of America (1827-1838). Created with solid brass, electro-plated with non-tarnishing silver finish, giclée print. Packaged in recycled PET plastic sleeve with provenance card and made in the USA.
