Origami Lanterns are a beautiful and fun way to enhance any décor inside or outside. They are rechargeable, fold flat for easy storage and can expand to three different sizes. They emit a warm, dimmable light and come with a carrying/hanging strap and a USB-C charging cord.
The Vincent van Gogh Almond Blossom design is featured on the exterior of this lantern. On January 31, 1890, van Gogh’s brother Theo wrote to announce the birth of his son, named Vincent Willem van Gogh. In celebration, Vincent immediately began painting. He selected the almond tree to symbolize new life as the tree often heralds the coming of spring. “How glad I was when the news came…” he wrote, “I started right away to make a picture for him…big branches of white almond blossom against a blue sky.” The painting differs from Vincent’s other works and the influence of Japanese prints is clear in the tree’s positioning and outlined branches.
Dimensions : Box is 4.75" x 4.75" x 8.5" | Lantern is adjustable up to 8.25" Tall x 4.75" wide
